The Cambodia team will serve ALC Missionaries Jeff and Channy Rasmussen and the SALT organization which supports at-risk youth in Cambodia through leadership development using soccer. The team will work in direct relationship with the Mighty Men and Women soccer teams and the SALT staff to encourage, share the Gospel, provide support and training and show the love of Jesus. The team will participate in training opportunities, soccer events, community outreach and more.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Must complete an ALC serve application background check along with mission trip application.
Responsibilities
- Will be supporting the Mighty Men and Women soccer teams and the SALT staff through relational ministry and discipleship. Could involve activities such as playing soccer, leading small discipleship groups, and participating in other activities.
Restrictions
- Must be 12 years or older. But if under 18 need to travel with a parent or guardian.
- Must be able to walk long distances in airports and in country without the the aid of a wheel chair, crutches or other walking aides.
Preparation
- There will be 6-8 team meetings before the trip along with a half day training.
